September 30, 2020. Today the Rotary Club of Del Mar had a cooking class broadcast on Zoom called “Not Your Mother’s Pesto.” The class was provided by Matt and Janice Kurth. The 3 recipes are located at the link: https://www.gubernator.com/cooking This was a lot of fun and I learned about 3 different types of pesto. Each pesto were served with a different starch including golden potatoes.
