October 1, 2020. District Governor Steven Weitzen made his official visit to the Rotary Club of Carlsbad. This was a hybrid meeting using both Zoom and in person in a large backyard of a club member. As Assistant Governor, I was pleased to introduce District Governor Steve to make his prepared remarks. But first he awarded a number of Paul Harris Fellow recognitions.
