November 7 2020 – I hosted the District 5340 Foundation Seminar via Zoom that started at 9 am. There were usually 140 participants on the session during the 96 min event. Again, I forgot to switch on the video sound when I shared my screen that had the presentation with 8 imbedded videos. Unfortunately, I stopped sharing, reset the setting and started up the video again. Argh! A number of major donors were recognized including Dan Smargon from the Rotary Club of Del Mar. The 8 videos ran from 3 minutes to 13 minutes showing the work the clubs had done with Global and District grants. I had about 2 weeks to prepare the presentation and help some of the presenters with their video recordings.
