November 9, 2020 – Participated on a Zoom call today to discuss a End Polio Now Fundraiser during the 2021 fall District Conference.
Dell update: 30 room commitment, and they are will credit the District if they can sell the rooms; the room charge is $330 net net. We have until March 13, 2021, to cancel without a penalty. If we need to cancel, we push off to the Spring of 2022. We will need need 3 bartenders at the EPN event. The EPN will be September 10th in the evening. $15K food and beverage fee. We are trying to get Lieutenant Dan Band to play. Parking fee is waived. $10 corking fee will be charged. Event charge is $150 and $25 to ENP. There will be a live auction and a silent auction that will be mostly on line.
The decision was made to go for the Dell.
