January 7, 2021 – DGE Dan Gensler reviewed the background to the changes in the District Leadership Plan including the new org chart. I had a significant part revising the structure.
Marge – suggested to drop VTT and add publicity. Dan decided to keep VTT.
Dan suggested monthly meeting with the senior leadership team. Elana would like better communication on upcoming events. Elana suggested keeping a list of active members to help on committees.
Chuck and Steve suggested that we invite AGs in the future.
