February 12, 2021 – Members include Co-Chairs LuAnn Miller and Suzanne Moore. Event is scheduled for September 10, 11 and 12 at the Dell on Coronado.
Dan reported that the event has been moved to the Crown Room but will be bumped out by 3 pm for a wedding. March 13 deadline in the contract; the Dell is willing to extend the deadline. The room block is currently at 50 will clauses to get it down to 30. They are going to walk the property on Sunday.
End Polio Now (EPN) event on Friday night. the committee is working on donors of $10,000 for more. There may be a tie-in for Polio Plus Society recognitions. The event will be held The Windsor Lawn which is undergoing renovation. Goal at $1,000,000 that includes the match. Chuck suggested contact James Morrison PPS (Point Loma)
Rotaractors will host the Cornhole competition between clubs in District 5340. Natalie Bailey is the lead.
Amy is working on a promo for the conference to start being used during PETS.
Question the District clubs if they were will to sponsor restaurants and business for the District Conference.
Military lead is Paul Laedlein. He has nothing to report yet.
