March 2, 2021 – This meeting was scheduled to review preparations for PETS March 5 and 6 District Break Out Sessions. The AGs will facilitate the break out rooms.
DGE Dan reviewed the agenda for Friday and Saturday of PETS.
He then asked about how AG are trained and what their suggestion where. Alex suggested meeting every other month. Dawn suggested once per quarter. Dawn would love to meet in person. Jim would like to get some training on what he is supposed to do as a AG. Dan is looking to host quarterly AG meetings. I provided the link to the RI Learning Center course of AG. Dan will host a dinner for AGs in June for AG.
Steve talked about the Governor’s Dinner Monday, June 28th and the Del Mar Hilton limited to 125 people. It will be a hybrid meeting via Zoom run by Philippe and me.
