March 4, 2021 – Monthly gathering of the leadership team of District 5340. Chief of Staff and District Governor Nominee presiding.
Ron started out talking about the Membership Committee and about the new members. Leads Update: 37 leads, 6 dismissed, 31 assigned to the clubs, 2 club contacts, and only 1 admitted.
Public Image – Elana is traveling and could not attend the meeting.
Training – DTA Bonnie asked about who is the District Trainer. Chuck noted that Bonnie should stay on until we can replace her. The committee should be expanded. Bonnie is now getting Learning Center reports.
Foundation – Marge talked about getting funds into the Annual Fund. Funding raising is down. Citation for RI Meritorious Service to Janice.
Finance – Tom reported that our Bookkeeper Beth is doing very well. Tom talked about some of the chart of accounts. There are too many. An example Youth Exchange long and short term accounts.
