March 12, 2021 – The meeting was to review the current status of planning for the District Conference.
We have until April 15 to decide on the using the Del. We will be using the Crown Room during the morning early afternoon.
Dan asked each club PE to provide a silent auction item for fund raising. The theme will be: Rotary at the Beach, Connect and Celebrate. The video will be previewed at the District Training Assembly April 10th.
Volunteers – Need Sergeant of Arms and people for for the 3 separate events.
Budget – 3% merchant fees.
Low Tide Ride and Stride is pending approvals with COVID-19 restrictions. We will promote the activity.
Golf Tournament 11:15 slots begin fir tee times. Golfing would end at 4:30 to 6:30 pm $95 is the cost.
May be able to do a windshield tour of the bases.
