- EPN Contest between Areas to have full participation at the conference
- Make sure the Area clubs participate and engaged Rotary at the Beach Connect and Celebrate
- Clubs need to provide silent auction items valued at $250
- Volunteers needed for conference
- Frequency of AG meetings
- Need to check who is registered for for DTA
