April 1, 2021 – DGN Chuck ran the meeting. We are at 196 attending, with 10 days out. Chuck would like another 100 people to sign up.
Foundation – $3,000 DDG match next Rotary Year. $20,000 or $100 per capita for Global Grants. All clubs need to attend the Grant training at DTA. Club 33 has a donor with 90,000 recognition points. They will match up to $500 for their first PHF.
Assistant Governors – Susie will schedule a meeting and remind them of DTA April 10th.
Hybrid Meeting – YouTube videos District 5950 Going Hybrids We may need to come up with a statement for hybrid meeting.
Finance – Tom Miller – The District Line is working on a policy of what to do with the overage. Tom will send a PL and Balance Sheet the day before the next meeting. Chuck noted that they are working on a dollar value for the Reserve Fund, currently at $101,000.
Membership – Ron (who lost his microphone) has filled out his committees. Dan has the list.
Training – Bonnie – She has someone for DTA but not for the rest of her committee’s functions. Bonnie will send a RI Learning Center report.
DTA – Need to find which PEs have have registers. Susie will contact the AGs to find out who is coming to DTA.
Need to set up a meeting with the Avenues of Service Committees.
