April 9, 2021 – DGE Dan showed the video promoting the District Conference.
There was a call for volunteers needs from sub-committee chairs.
EPN Wine Tasting – Kitt Williams – 2 wineries have agree to participate, need 4 more. The budget projections were reviewed.
Golf Outing – on Friday, September 10, set for 48 players with Tee times at 11 am for $125 per person. Dan
Conference will be 8 to 2 pm on Saturday. $600 for 2, meals & everything. Low Tide and Stride will be a separate fee.
Rotaract – Cornhole on the beach –
Military Outing – Van windshield tours – Rent 15 passenger vans. Too early to get the Navy to commit at this time.
Saturday dinner and dancing Vista Terrace at 5:30 pm not beach casual.
Low Tide Ride and Stride – Paul Laedlein – coordinated by the Coronado club. The registration platform is up and ready. Pre-registration site was discussed.
Sponsorships – A draft letter will come out using 6 tiers.
