April 10, 2021. Yikes! The District Training Assembly was conducted in 2021 by Zoom. Over 300 Rotarians registered. It was divided into 4 sessions, the first 3 with 6 or 7 breakout room.
When I open the breakout rooms for the participants to self select, the breakout room icon did not appear in the app for most participants. Confusion ensued!!
It took me and other co-hosts 20 minutes to push participants into their requested breakout room. The next two session worked relatively well.
