June 24, 2021 – I attended the ceremony at the Agua Hedionda Discovery Center in Carlsbad to demote Ava Payne and promote Bill Walsh to the presidency of the Rotary Club of Carlsbad.
District Governor Steve Weitzen was honored him with a aluminum foil cap to prevent EMP from the overhead high power ;line which we could all hear buzzing.
District Governor Elect Dan Gensler inducted Bill Walsh as the club president.
