June 25, 2021 – I hosted a Zoom Meeting to conduct Special District 5340 Conference with the single agenda of approving the revised District 5340 Bylaws.
Suggestions were noted for a few formatting and minor grammar correction. The corrections would be made before the bylaws are published final.
The meeting was recorded and Donna took attendance of the electors which lasted for 20 minutes. The new bylaws were accepted by unanimous vote.
