July 9, 2021 – I attended the monthly meeting of the District Conference Committee to be held in September 2021.
Sponsorships – Luis Carranza – Prime lending will be a $5,000 sponsor.
Marketing and Promotion – Erika – She wants to do a Facebook Live event to promote the conference.
Wine Tasting EPN – Kitt Williams – glasses with logos have been order – Programs are in development. 4 Items for the live auction. we have 6 wineries, we are paying them $1,000 with 6 cases from each winery for 432 bottles.
EPN Donation – I agreed to send the District Polio Fund club donations to the AGs.
Rotaractors will receive a discounted District Conference price.
We are planning to have 6 to 8 corn hole set.
