Event Marketing – Erika and Rachael – Facebook Live event this morning with DG Dan, 135 people were reached. They need more information from speakers and event chairs so they can do daily posting.
Golf is in good shape.
EPN – Planning is progressing. Auction items 6 live auctions, they have 50 items. Today is the drop dead date. They are using Bidding Owl for the auction items. Nothing will be at the event. Bidding is opening August 27th and closed on the 13.
We are at $75K so far. John Matthews are doing a matching. Pledged at $185K.
Volunteers is being lead by Duane Buckingham.
Sponsors – We got another major sponsor for the event at the Gold level.
Not sure when the deadline for the program. Monday is the deadline.
