October 8, 2021 – This is a monthly coordination meeting between Districts.
The Imperial Valley Centennial celebration has been postposed. As a result, we can now have Joint Project Fair in January, date to be determined, between all the Districts for District and Global Grants. The date would be concurrent with RI President visit. DG Octavio wants to see how well we work together. They would like to resign the MOU for the two District are working together with RI President present and possibly also sign. If the borders are not open, hopefully, we can get invitations letters through the Consulate. We are hopeful the borders would be open in January 2020. District 4100 is proposing a meeting in December to preview the best project of the January event.
DG 4100 has invited us to come down in April and May to Guadeloupe for meet each other and enjoy the wine country.
December 4th House Build in Tecate Mexico. was discussed. Jeb Bakke gave a presentation. The project has been coordinated so far by Fernanda and Jeb.
