March 10, 2022 – The club met at Jimmy O’s in Del Mar both in person and via Zoom aka hybrid meeting. We conducted an International Service Committee starting at 11:15 am. Then at noon, the regular meeting began for lunch with the meeting beginning at 12:30 pm. The guest speaker was a retired Navy Captain Terry Kaltenbach. He gave a wonderful presentation on the history of the USS Midway. Lunch off the menu was a stuff Portobello mushroom.
As I was the Zoom host again and failed to take photos.
I was asked how long we will be doing hybrid meetings. I told them that was a Board decision but that I was ready now to stop the Zoom part of the meeting.
