March 24, 2022 – We met at Jimmy O’s in Del Mar. The Community Service Committee met at 11:15. I had to have the Zoom Meeting set up by then. This time I brought my laptop downstairs to run the Zoom Meeting while the 2nd laptop upstairs connected the video input, wireless microphones connected to the sound board and then to the house speaker system. This worked much better as I could be part of the meeting. The regular meeting began at 12:30. We had PDG Steve Weitzen present to give the club it’s End Polio Now certificate.
Lunch was the Cajun Burger and waffle fries. The guest speaker was San Diego Deputy District Attorney Mary-Ellen Barrett talking about Human Trafficking. We had a good crowd with about 7 members on Zoom but only 3 half way through the meeting.
