April 8, 2022 – Carlos Carrillo reported on the D4100 agenda items. The D4100 Governor would like individual sister agreements signed at the District Conference without a financial commitment. The D4100 Conference is May 5 to 8, 2022. The agenda was reviewed.
D5320, Orange County, is having issues with their dental van stopped at the border and totally emptied. It delayed them for hours. The delay is not sustainable. The Mexico Federal Customs is enforcing the cross border movement of medical supplies and medical personnel. The suggestion is to sign MOUs with the Human Rights Commission.
