DTA Discussions – We talked about the District and Global Grants material on the website.
Polio Plus 2021-23 – We are about $30K short of the $333,333 goal to reach $1M in total donations including Gates Foundation matching.
District Grants – Elana – Most are all completed, 38, 32 have not been reported. DDF request for respirators in Ecuador. Should we consider the request. Encinitas has already used their DDF monies. They can submit next year.
Global Grants – Janice -The Committee discussed DDF for Downtown Breakfast for 2022-23.
Polio Plus – 1 wild polio case this year in Afghanistan. Vaccine derived Polio, 33 cases this year so far, mostly in Arica and Israel.
District Governor Line Meeting Via Zoom at 4 pm that I hosted.
District Vans – No. 1 was old the other one was donated to Thousand Smiles.
Membership Report – Retention – Diane suggested engaging the AGs and send the report to the clubs.
Rotary Peace Pole Update – at 5:30 pm via Zoom
The Peace Pole dedication is still scheduled Wednesday, April 27th at 9 am.
