April 27, 2022 – Rotary Club of San Diego, Club 33 at Liberty Station held District 5340 final for the 4-Way Speech Contest. Today, there were 7 minute speeches themed on Rotary’s 4-Way Test. 80 student started the contest earlier this year and today 7 students were in the final. The winner was Ximena Yanez, 14 years and received a $1,000 scholarship.
