July 13, 2022 – The Zoom meeting was held at 5 pm hosted by Rotary International Director Vicki Puliz.
Topic: Overview of the Institute in November
Arrive Sunday November 6th for the reception Sunday
GETs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
There will be no official events Wednesday evening for dinner. Dan may be doing a bonding night, perhaps Wednesday.
Three Emerging Rotary Leader (ERL) from each District will be permitted to attend the Zone Institute. Arriving Wednesday evening, for their session on Thursday.
Thursday – Value Added Day has a number of 1 hour hour breakout session. Pick and Choose.
Mix and mingle Thursday evening indoor.
Meal packages this year will have options.
Friday night is the DGE Class Dinner. There will be a Friendship Dinner for those not associated with “classes.”
Saturday sessions in the morning; afternoon is free. There will be a Polio Event. There may be 100 Rotacators attending and joining the Institute Saturday. There will be a hands on service project as well.
Saturday Night – Professional photographer will be present for photos with Gordon McInally. Major Donor Reception and then the Gala. Gordon will be the speaker. The post gala District reception is being planned by the DG.
Sunday morning will include a visit to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
