August 15, 2022 – Joining D5340 DG Line this week via Zoom at 4 pm was the Lions District 406 Leadership for San Diego and Imperial County.
Lions leadership, District Governor Jay Ruiz, joined us to work on a collaboration project between the Lions, Rotary and Kiwanis. The Lions Elect is called the Vice Governor #1 Julio DeGuzman, and Vice Governor #2 Leo Williams. 50% of the members of the District Lions are Filipinos.
The plan is to develop a road map for future collaborations. Juan suggested the Fisher House. We want to try to make sure the efforts are visible in the community.
Deanna Babcock is the point of contact the Balboa Fisher House.
We agreed to meet again in 2 weeks.
