August 18, 2022 – The Rotary Club of Del Mar had it’s annual Day at the Races hosted by President and CEO Joe Harper of the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club at the Del Mar Turf Club.
The 1st Race was the Del Mar Rotary Race. Club President Sharon Schendel and Past President Dugan Lamoise were at the finish line to welcome the wining race horse.
We were joined by District Governor Chuck Pretto. Donna and I stayed for the first 6 races and cleared a very small profit from wagering.
