October 15, 2022 – Via Zoom on a Saturday at 9 am, Chief Aid Kay Barron and I conducted a pre President Elect Training Seminar (PETS). The October curriculum consisted of protecting personal data, working working with club leadership and the Rotary International strategic plan.
We had 3 guest faculty, Sharon Schendel current president, Rotary Club of Del Mar, LuAnn Miller, current president, Rotary Club of Coronado and Luis Carranza, assistant governor for area 4. They reviewed lessons learned from their time as president elect to their current position.
We had a number of Assistant Governors attend as well.
We kept the meeting right at an hour. I thought the training session went well.
