Area 3 with clubs of Vista, San Marcos, Carlsbad Hi-Noon and Carlsbad and Area 4 with the clubs of Downtown Evening, Del Mar, Del Mar Solana Beach, Encinitas Coastal, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe and Solana Beach Eco.
