April 15, 2023 – At Idyllwild Pines Camp, we visited the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Camp conduct by District 5340 Youth Services. We were just visiting on Saturday; the camp ran from Friday March 31 to April 2. District Governor Check Pretto, District Governor Nominee Dianne Crawford and District Governor Nominee Designee Luis Carrazana drove up with me in our Kia EV6, nervous about if the car could make the round-trip visit, it did, with 86 miles to spare.
