December 1, 2022 – At Bud’s Louisiana Café the book club of the Rotary Club of Del Mar met to review the book Where the Crawdads Sing. The location was picked for it’s Cajun food which was delicious. Of course, I did a poor selfie at dinner, it was the only picture I took.

December 1, 2022 – At Jimmy O’s in Del Mar. The chef was sick so there was no food available. November 16, 2022 – Via Zoom at 2 pm, the District 5340 Foundation Committee chaired by Past District Governor Marta Knight conducted it’s monthly meeting. We reviewed and approved the current status of Global and District grants and policies for 2023-24. We also reviewed a report on the status of polio world wide.

November 7 through 13, 2022 – Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. GETS is Governor Elect Training Seminars and is required training by Rotary International to be qualified to serve as District Governor.
