September 24, 2022 at 9 am we conducted our first Pre President Elect Seminar Training via Zoom with Chief Aide Kay Barron as host. September 22, 2022 – The weekly meeting of the Rotary Club of Del Mar met at Jimmy O’s in Del Mar at 12 noon. Donna brought the Fall themed gingerbread cookies for dessert. September 19, 2022 – Via Zoom at 3 pm I attended the meeting to support legacy giving at the October 29, 2022, District Conference Foundation Gala.

September 17, 2022 – The Rotary Club of Del Mar Solana Beach had it’s LobsterFest fundraiser at the Del Mar Hilton. Donna and I were the guests of Past District Governor Steve Weitzen. We bid on a Lladro figurine and won. It was donated by a 96 year old Vietnam Veteran and club member.

September 17, 2022 – We attended the Canine Companions DogFest fundraiser at Waterfront Park that started at 11 am. The Rotary Club of Del Mar was a sponsor ($1,000) and gave the booth to District 5340 to promote membership. District Governor Chuck Pretto attended.
